UHOtrax is a dance label based in Helsinki, Finland. UHOtrax releases various kinds of electronic music from commercial dance to underground electronica.
Our first release was the successful single Everybody Dance by Uptown Rockers, a multinational rap project on UHOtrax. Everybody Dance was released in Finland in October 2006.
Our other artists at the moment include: Orkasmo (Latin-Euro dance), Kuroshio Current (Industrial EBM), Mr. Velcro Fastener (Electro), Disco Nexxion (Commercial Rave) and the number 1 Hard NRG DJ in the world: DJ Proteus.

Shibuya Love for release in Scandinavia
UHOtrax releases in partnership with the Tokyo based company FARM RECORDS a joint venture J-Dance compilation for the Scandinavian market.
Shibuya Love features 24 Tokyo style happy and energetic dance anthems. The artists contiributing to the record are ao. DJ U*HEY?, Spinderella,
Ichidai, Nick Skitz, Aya, DJ Minagawa, Lazard, Looney Tunez vs. Doop, Warp Brothers, Pitchers, Groove Coverage, Disco Nexxion and Night Hunter.
The track selection and the continuous mix is produced by UHOtrax’s inhouse productionteam Disco Nexxion. SHIBUYA LOVE is released in Finland
on the 12th of december and in the rest of Scandinavia during january 2008. A digital edition of SHIBUYA LOVE is allready available for download
in the major Finnish download stores: download.mtv3.fi, www.nrjkauppa.fi and

Mr Velcro Fastener: Telemacho – The 10th Anniversary Edition (2CD)
UHOtrax is proud to release the 10th anniversary album of the highly acclaimed Finnish Electro duo MR VELCRO FASTENER. The duet of mr. Tatu
Metsätähti and mr. Tatu Peltonen started their co-operation in the early 1990’s. In 1997 though they took a decisive step and formed their own
recording studio (Miletos) and their Electro project MR VELCRO FASTENER. Their first releases, ao. their debut album Lucky Bastards Living Up
North (1999) got them both respect and interest internationally. The recordings by MRVF have been released ao. in Germany, UK and the U.S. During
the years MRVF has toured extensively in Europe and U.S. The recently released double album is a compilation featuring a special edition of their
latest studioalbum TELEMACHO + a second full album of rarities and re-mastered MRVF classics.

UHOtrax products available digitally around the world
All our releases will be available worldwide in all the major download stores. The digital distribution is done in co-operation with the German on-line service provider Finetunes. The latest UHOtrax digital release available at Finetunes is the new CD single, Hollow Man by Kuroshio Current!

Kuroshio Current - Hollow Man postponed again to 28th February!
"Almost reliable sources" have put the definitive release date of Kuroshio Current's new Hollow Man cds to 28th of February. In the meantime, be sure to listen to the whole Hollow Man (single cut) version in the brand new MySpace pages of Kuroshio Current!

Kuroshio Current interview on Dark Side Radio 31th Jan 2007
One of the best Finnish industrial bands, Kuroshio Current will be interviewed as a special guest at the Dark Side Radio Show, hosted by DJ Proteus. The show is scheduled for Wednesday, 31th January 2007 from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. GMT (22:00 - 24:00 Finnish local time).
Songs from the soon to be released Kuroshio Current single Hollow Man will have their world premiere play during the show!
Dark Side at Bassoradio can be heard in Helsinki Metropolitan Area on 102,8 mhz every second Wednesday at 8 p.m.-10 p.m. GMT and via the internet as a stream at www.bassoradio.com

UHOtrax signs distribution deal with Poko/EMI Finland
UHOtrax / UHO Production Ltd Oy has signed a distribution deal today with Poko/EMI Finland. This organisational change has in many ways temporarily affected the regular operations of UHOtrax.
Kuroshio Current single postponed due to the change!
Due to the change in distribution the release of Kuroshio Current's premier single Hollow Man has been rescheduled until 7th February 2007! In the meantime you can listen to teaser samples of our releases from our brand new UHOtrax Player!
